Beside my academic career, I work in the graphic designer, web design and and web development fields.

I practice graphic and web design since 2003. It had been part of my job to design print and soft copies of publications and promotion to program and courses in the American University in Cairo. In addition, I always find web programing very interesting. My special interest is PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS5 and Javascript.

I also worked as the webmaster for many international bodies including the Global Media Journal (Arabic Edition), Journalism Research and Education section of the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR-JRE) and Webmaster of the Arab-U.S. Association Communication Educators (AUSACE).  Mohamed also has solid experience in Video/Audio editing through many projects that he participated in.
